Restart Your Phone

Safe Mode

A mallicious App might be causing the issue in that case you can catch the culprit with safe mode. All you need is to follow these steps to boot in safe mode.

  1. Press and hold the power button until it asks you to Power Off the device.
  2. Then press and hold the Power Off option until it asks you to reboot the phone in safe mode.
  3. Lastly, press Ok to restart your device in safe mode. A text will appear after rebooting at the bottom left of the screen saying “Safe mode”.

If fingerprint works fine surely some third party App is causing issue. Delete you most recent installs or delete Apps from least reliable sources.

Factory Reset

If none of the above method works well for you then this could be the last hope. As it resets your phone to the state you had recieved it in box. Make sure you have a backup of your data as this will cost you loose your data.
