But some users of the phone have been facing issue with the camera in Portrait mode. In this article, we have mentioned some solutions that might solve the Camera Portrait mode issue on your device.

Update camera application

Check whether your camera application of the device updated? If not then try updating it from Google Play store and then see if the issue resolves.

Clear cache of the camera application

If the above doesn’t solve the issue, then try to simply clear the cache of the camera application through the steps mentioned below:
  1. Press the settings icon.
  2. Select Apps & notifications.
  3. Click on App info.
  4. Press the camera application.
  5. Chose Storage.
  6. Finally, press Clear Cache.

This procedure should fix the camera application from malfunctioning.

Use a third party camera application from Google PlayStore

If the issue still persists, try installing a third party camera application from Google PlayStore to use instead of the default camera application installed on your device.
